There are no cons that I know of.
I didn't go through the whole interview, but after the CV screening, there was an HR meeting on Teams with other people. We were 40 in total. The interview had a HR part, where they presented the company. We had to say a word about ourselves. Then
People from HR were great, and it was a pleasure to talk with them. The technical interview was a bit worse, but still fine. The interview was a bit long (2 hours), but I was feeling fine during it.
It took 1 month from the HR interview to the onboarding process. First was a phone interview (during the pandemic), another phone interview with the HR Manager, a technical assessment (Technical/Language), a final HR interview, and a job offer (JO)
