Just imagine that they call you on your holiday to schedule an interview. They force you because it is mandatory to sign the contract until that week, so you accept the interview. They did not tell you if it is a junior, mid, or intern position. They tell you you do have the experience and it's all good. You go to all the interviews just to be told at the end that "the client does not want a junior." Then why have you interviewed me?
The HR is a mess; they are not transparent nor are they able to give you the information correctly. The manager insisted on having a working student contract, even though I had 2 years of experience.
