The worst experience ever, it is such a waste of time. They will call you to ask your expectations, but they will completely ignore this. I asked them to give me a 40% hike, but guess what, they offered me a 10% hike. We could have had the same discussion before the interview process by saying we will not be able to meet your expectations, but no, they have to waste your time.
