As a first step, they sent me to complete a test that included IQ and some tech questions. The next interview was with the talent acquisition specialist, and it was okay as an experience. The next and my last interview with this company was with the hiring manager. It was my worst experience ever; he asked me some questions, and if I didn't answer them correctly or in his way, he insulted me and put me down. At that moment, I understood that it wasn't the right company for me, and I just wanted to end this interview. They couldn't hide their toxic and stressful culture.
