Pros: The projects that are assigned generally do not take into consideration the skills of laterals. Clients they have are not good to work with and micromanage.
Cons: Good company policies. They have a hybrid working model.

Cons: Salary frozen for 3 years, no progression. The company no longer invests in employees. If you want the slightest raise, you have to leave.
