Machine Learning Architect Interview Experience - Berlin
Process
Short interview (20 minutes) with an HR representative. It was mainly about general questions regarding prior knowledge/previous experience, task description, and collaboration within the team and with clients. The conversation was very pleasant and insightful. It was already apparent by the end that there were differing views regarding working conditions in an IT job, particularly concerning the distribution of office/home office/on-site at the client's. A positive aspect for me was the general principle of always working in a fixed small group on projects and never alone.
