Formazione gratuita e incoraggiata.
Cons: Ritmi intensi. Lavorando su progetti multipli, è impossibile ricevere straordinari.
Turni mediamente ben sopra le 8 ore, e spesso capita di arrivare a mezzanotte e oltre.
Nonostante la formazione sia gratuita e incoraggiata, è quasi impossibile trovare il tempo o l'energia per conseguire frequentemente formazioni.
Da L10 in su, le promozioni sono davvero difficili da ottenere.
