Process
The first one was a long online assessment that you would do in your own time. It required you to watch videos, read articles, and rank how you would handle each situation based on the information provided.
The second interview was a Teams meeting with a few other candidates and employees. There was a 10-minute test where you had to choose your challenges based on the images, such as transcription of audio or Morse code. Then, there was a 1-on-1 with a hiring manager, and finally, a fake conference room with a different candidate to see how we work as a team.

Training is very tailored to the project you're going to do so, it is positive because it covers all the fundamentals but negative because you initially have less of a say in what you want to learn.Cons: There is documentation and a way to get help for everything, there is so much that sometimes it can be overwhelming. The starting salary is low compared to the average post-university engineering salary, £31400.
