Pros: Good benefits, stable jobs, flexible schedules, remote work, even the contract process is remote. They offer a lot of training options, courses, and certifications.
Cons: The client I work for is very complicated. The manager of the project can sometimes be even rude. It can be complicated and slow to change the project.
