Pros: Lots of possibilities to learn new tech, a multicultural (mostly) environment, opportunities for networking and making new friends, and a significant amount of provided benefits.
Cons: Complicated and bureaucratic procedures for everything.
Training-based and bonus-based salary levels and raises (might be considered a pro for someone).
Cramped and stuffed office space with few or no natural sunlight.
