Technical round was cleared, but I got rejected at the HR round.

I have a work history of three companies. In the first one, I was exempted from tax since my salary was less than 2.5 lac and paid through cheques only. I had no PF or payslip, but I have the bank statements and a salary certificate from the company.

For the last two companies, I have all the PF/payslips. However, they were not ready to process further with the last two. I received an email stating that I did not clear the HR round.
