I applied for a QA position at Accenture and completed both the assessment and technical interview. After the interview, I did not receive any communication regarding the outcome or the next steps. Later, I noticed that my application status had been changed to "No Longer Under Consideration," and I received an email stating that the position had been closed.

While I understand that not every candidate can be selected, I believe candidates deserve timely communication and, where possible, constructive feedback after completing multiple interview rounds. Providing a clear update would greatly improve the overall candidate experience.
