Pros: Good starting point in operations.

Cons: Accenture knows they pay less than the competition, and won't do anything to retain.

Pros: Good money compared to a lot of similar jobs.

Cons: The clients are always terrible to work with.

Pros: I've heard many bad things about Accenture. I can say, at least in my case and the current project that I work on, that the experience has been great so far. * Salary isn't the best when starting, but it's okay as long as you're working from home. It compensates by not having to spend money on transportation and other things. * Management so far has been amazing. * I've never been told no to my requests, not that I've asked much, but I'm also hardworking, so I can't complain. When they say no, I'll start working less, just to compensate :). * Plenty of promotion opportunities, usually fair from my experience. If you work well, not much in terms of bad things, but well and you're active to make yourself known, a promotion is pretty much possible. * Private health insurance is included.

Cons: The roster, I can't stand it. It's unpredictable in different situations. Make the roster 6/3 or 4/2 for God's sake if you need coverage 7 days a week, and that way it will be quite fair for everyone. 20 days of paid leave is unfair; it should be at least 24/25. A few more little perks would be more than welcome.
