Before the interview, I was called by almost five people asking to attend the interview on weekdays. I reached at 1 p.m. My interview was scheduled for 3 p.m. The interviewer did not show up. Somehow, they managed to get another interviewer. My interview went very well. All my rounds were clear, including the HR round. I was asked to leave for the day and was told I would be getting a call for document submission and all.

I waited for a week. I tried reaching the SPOC on the Accenture portal. I tried calling the people who had scheduled my interview, but nobody responded even after two months.

Again, I got a call for an interview, this time for a different skill set. So I told them about the previous interview. They provided me with the contact information for the head of the HR recruitment team of Accenture. So I dropped him a mail.

After that, I got a response from my SPOC and the HR team. They kept my profile on hold after the mail and I was asked to follow up regularly after every 15 days. The person who was in contact with me told me every time that currently they do not have any openings and that openings were closed even before my interview.

Later, I found that after five months, my candidature was deleted from the Accenture portal and I was told to apply again.

Do you think anyone should apply for such a company? They do not even have the decency to reply to candidates after the interview. They are just playing with candidates' lives.

I would only recommend never ever to waste your time applying for such companies, even though they are MNCs.
