Got the opportunity through a reference, and I was communicated with such good value and respect from the Hiring Team.

The interview process consisted of three steps:

1. Java Online Test (MCQs): Covered all topics from Core Java to Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and Spring AOP.
2. Technical (Zoom): It went more into practical and real-world problem discussions. As far as I understood, the interviewer was more concerned about my knowledge in trending technologies and my eagerness to learn them.
3. HR: I was asked classical HR questions, such as reasons for change, location, and work flexibility. I believe honesty is the best key to getting over these kinds of rounds.
4. Package Discussions: I had requested 8.5 LPA, but they initially offered 7.1 LPA (5.5 fixed + 21% variable). After a discussion, it was revised to 7.98 LPA (6.5 fixed and 21% variable).

Note: Accenture is also a consultancy MNC like TCS but has a lot of developer opportunities, which are really rare in TCS.

On the other hand, onsite opportunities are a bit less in Accenture than in TCS.

Note: On average, you can expect only 50% of variable pay.
