Pros: The atmosphere and the friendliness of the people who help you develop your work are unparalleled in other companies.
You have a lot of support to learn and grow.
Cons: The salary is below average for the same position and, at times, unbalanced between developers (people with more skill earning less).
They force you to take pointless courses that make you feel like you've done something wrong (mandatory courses on machismo, etc.).
