Pros: The benefits are good, and the leave policy is good. Supportive team members.

Cons: Everything is good so far, except variable pay is too high.

Pros: The company lacks a supportive environment for Quality Analysts. There is a constant push for downsizing team capacity, leading to increased workload and stress. Unfortunately, there is little to no motivation, and the organization does not provide proper training grounds for skill development or career growth. Employees often feel stagnant with minimal opportunities for learning and advancement. If you are looking for a workplace that invests in employee growth, this may not be the right fit.

Cons: On-time salary, but with significant tax deductions. No motivation or career development opportunities. Frequent downsizing, leading to job insecurity.

Pros: Good work-life balance. Good atmosphere to work. Good campuses. Cab pick-up and drop services.

Cons: Very few onsite opportunities overall.
