Pros: 1. Free transport 2. Good working environment 3. Lots of projects in Bangalore 4. Very good hikes, at least better than other service-based companies 5. Nice brand name to have on your CV

Cons: 1. Absolutely zero work-life balance. You are expected to be at the office for more than 10 hours every day, plus Bangalore traffic makes life horrible. 2. The quality of candidates getting recruited is falling like anything. People with no basic knowledge are also getting into Accenture, which is hurting the quality of deliverables. 3. There is no planning and no process followed for deliverables. They just commit too tall in front of the client, and then the employees suffer like anything to keep these promises. (This happened on our project; it might not be true for others). "Everything has to be done by today EOD" kind of attitude. 4. If you are on the bench, the HR will force you to relocate to other cities from day one. 5. Strict and non-negotiable notice period of 3 months, even if you are on the bench.
