The quality of candidates getting recruited is falling like anything. People with no basic knowledge are also getting into Accenture, which is hurting the quality of deliverables.

There is no planning and no process followed for deliverables. They just commit too tall in front of the client, and then the employees suffer like anything to keep these promises.
