The recruiter contacted me through my Naukri profile.
After postponing the interview for three to four times from their end, the interview finally happened. That day, the interviewer also delayed it by 30 minutes without informing me prior.
The interview was technical. Questions were basic Java and SQL related, and details about my current project were also asked.
I was able to answer all questions correctly, except for one which I asked to skip.
The interviewer was a Tamil lady.
Obviously, I wasn't selected as I am North Indian.
Accenture is the only company where I have faced this discrimination in my 5+ years of career.
