Accenture PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
December 13, 2022
Pros: If you are on the bench for 4-5 months, they will initiate the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). If your manager is not on your side, they will force a termination.
Cons: Accenture: There are no salary hikes this year. Accenture will never give variable pay and benefits, if they give, it's only like 5-6%. Full torture from the management and the client side. They never understand the employees' working hours.
