Good Perks, Less Trust
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
February 19, 2015
Pros: - Transport facility
- Flexible working hours
Cons: Infosys kind to tracking started in the company.
Senior management, year to year, has an inclination to track employees rather than performance. When I joined the company, we were expected to perform best, but now we are expected to be present in the office even if you work or not (Infosys, Wipro culture emerging).
Compensation hikes have also reduced over the years, even after better performance.
