Pros: Learning and training opportunities MNC experience Diversity at work

Cons: Low pay Less onsite opportunities in India

Pros: The project that I worked on had a lot of fun and learning.

Cons: Salary hikes could have been better.

Pros: 1. Bus facility 2. Reasonable hike Cannot think of any more pros with 4 years of experience here.

Cons: 1. Politics in management level, especially in the Chennai office. 2. Only one in ten people out of a team actually works. If you are one of the remaining nine, you can enjoy; otherwise, life will be miserable. 3. Onshore assignments are based on pure luck, like a lottery system. It's a very frustrating system where there's no luck even after three years of trying. 4. People with less understanding and knowledge will lead you in onshore assignments because they were lucky to get a visa.
