Pros: Good working environment with great benefits.

Cons: As of now, I can't think of any cons.

Pros: Good place to start working. Good international reputation. Initial progression in career path is relatively easy and well-defined. Generally a better work culture than other Indian IT service-based companies in India.

Cons: Not a good place to move laterally. Projects generally let you go once a dependency is created with increasing seniority. Petty office politics is rampant. Undeserving people can get what they want if they have a good rapport with the higher management in a project. Career growth in the higher ranks is severely saturated, and most people stay stuck in a position for years together once they are past the position of TL.

Pros: Nice table tennis table.

Cons: Teams are global, but Indian managers are the worst. My manager practices micromanagement by saying, "See, I don't want to get into micromanagement." There's an extremely political attitude from the manager, imposing extra pressure even when targets are unrealistic. They disallow work from home for the whole team, yet they take it themselves many times. The technology for which I was hired (Machine Learning) was not present in the project (the project comes under Accenture AI Labs). I was forced to work in backend development, with the manager saying, "I will give you ML once you show me promises in backend dev." Is this a joke? Variable pay received was only 8%, while it was promised at 21%.
