C++ interview with 2 technical rounds, which were easy, and I got selected. However, the document verification team put my selection on hold because I couldn't submit my company's Form 16 from 5 years ago.

Good company going bad
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Pune, Maharashtra, India
February 13, 2016
Pros: Good work-life balance and opportunities to explore new technologies (given that your manager supports you for the same).
Cons: Like all big firms, [they] go to miserableness once in a while. Accenture's time is now.
They are making people managers based on years of experience rather than capabilities. Those who really work are forced to follow unnecessary rules, for example, coming on time, even when work is client-dependent; following time; and unnecessary documentation.
FYI: Accenture is firing bad performers. Beware.
