Pros: 1. Brand Value. 2. Good office facilities. 3. Onsite opportunities with a better pay structure than other IT firms.

Cons: 1. The work environment varies from project to project. A good manager leads to a good experience with a flexible working pattern; otherwise, expect a bad experience with weekend working. I hope to land in a good project. 2. The recent change in performance management (Bell curve removal) is non-transparent. 3. There is a decline in employee-friendly policies, bonuses, and hikes. 4. The culture within Indian delivery centers has converted to that of any other typical Indian IT firm and no longer resonates with the work culture of other international delivery centers of Accenture. 5. Internal mobility is a challenge, and the internal job posting portal is useless.
