Pros: Good atmosphere, good colleges, tech is recent.
Cons: Most of the project is filled with management. You can find 34 team members in one project, and only 8 or 10 are developers. This means more meetings and more talking.

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Nice place to work, only when you get GCP. You get free transport. Cab facility is worse.
Cons: India management is mostly not very supportive.
Managers make and break commitments.
No or minimal hike if you don't do proper "boot police".
Not performance-driven at all.
Forget promotion if at onshore.
More managers per resource to work.
No transparency.
Not many parties, compared to the last two years.
HR are just managers' puppets, so don't expect much from them.
