Good company, but I have come across some of the worst managers
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
August 14, 2017
Pros: 1. Good work atmosphere and environment
2. Good infrastructure
Cons: 1. Not much learning I could find here, as far as I have come across.
2. Pathetic and WORST manager in my last project.
3. The salary is far less than the market, and the company should think about structuring employees to take more home, not giving part of the salary to insurance co-pay. Adjust the HRA and flexible components.
