I gave answers to all questions nicely and still got rejected.

Explain Encapsulation. Trigger in PL/SQL. Does a procedure return multiple values? What is the purpose of functions in PL/SQL? Web services. Build tool used. Project developed from scratch: explanation. Any problem solution handled and how dealt with it.
