1. A guy from the recruitment team called and set up the interview.

2. One day before the interview, I got a link for an assessment test with MCQ-based questions. Surprisingly, all the questions were from different technology stacks than mine.

3. An online F2F video technical interview happened.

4. I got an email to upload my documents to the portal.

5. The recruitment guy said my profile was shifted to the next step and that HR would contact me.

6. Meanwhile, I was continuously getting automated emails to schedule my interview using the portal. I also received calls from three different people to schedule my interview, even when I told them I was done with the rounds and waiting for the HR round.

7. All of a sudden, I got a mail that my interview was scheduled for XYZ coming date. I talked to my recruiter, and he said not to worry; it was a portal issue and that my profile was shifted back to the correct status.

8. On that XYZ date, again, my application shifted back to the initial stage, and it was again saying to book my interview slot.

9. In between all this, my other documents were also collected, like salary slips, etc., by some document collection team member.

10. As of today, while writing this review, I am still waiting to get a call from HR and waiting for my application status to be corrected and stabilized.

I am now totally fed up and irritated by this pathetic hiring process of Accenture. I am now moving on with other organizations in the market because I don't have my whole life to wait for an Accenture HR call, and I don't want to request them again and again to correct my application status on their portal.

Don't rely on Accenture hiring until you attend your Day 1 at Accenture.
