Pros: Great company to get started. Wide diversity of project work available. There are opportunities to grow if you're aligned with the right people. Experience is very dependent on the project you're staffed on. Pay is good, as well as the benefits.

Cons: The organization is too large, and one can easily get lost. Leadership has very little concern about quality. Senior Managers and Managing Directors do not follow any standardized methodologies, like their own Accenture Delivery Methods, which has a negative impact on work-life balance, respect for the individual, stewardship, and other quality metrics. If you're experienced in technology, I would not recommend this company.
