Pros: Brand name adds charm to your experience. HR is supportive if you play by the policy. Almost in all major cities. Good offices. International clients. Opportunities to go onshore.

Cons: New management has started screwing things up. It is turning into austerity mode all of a sudden. AC outages, cutting relocation compensations, and monitoring working hours nowadays. Getting out from a project or location, for that matter, is very hard. Internal politics, lack of transparency in the appraisal process... well, that is practically everywhere though! Once you screw up, it will take you down all the time. Almost no second chances. Salary is pathetic. Variable pay takes a big chunk out of it and is based on half-yearly performance and project budgets.

Pros: 1. Lot of training. 2. Good pay. 3.

Cons: 1. PIP - At any level, you will get a Performance Improvement Program (PIP), and within a month, you will be out of the company. Last year, many employees experienced this. 2. Relocation - They can relocate you anywhere in India. 3. Transparency - The appraisal system is not transparent. 4. HR - Not supportive. 5. Less Onsite - Because Accenture has offices in almost all countries, they generally hire employees locally.

Pros: No pros, just office politics and favouritism.

Cons: Bootlicking, office politics, and indirect jokes on someone (non-veg). Introverted people struggle here.
