I got a call from Accenture and attended the first round of the interview and was selected. After that, I got a call from HR asking for all details and documents. I told them my expected date of joining. After that, they conducted another round of interview, asking just two questions, and rejected me. I think they expected immediate joiners, and I think they conduct time-pass interviews.
