Very easy and simple basic questions were asked. The basic questions asked were: First is an aptitude test, and the second round is a voice test. The third round is a technical interview. I got selected in all the rounds. After that, certificate verification happened, and then they provided me with an offer letter.

Good hikes compared to other service-based companies.

Project allocation is random for freshers.
3 months' notice period, which causes issues if you want to switch jobs.
