First, I got a call from their HR.
The first round of the interview was a technical test, which consisted of 30 questions.
Second was a technical one-on-one interview.
And at last, there was a managerial/HR round.

Pros: Good progression if you're willing to work out of hours.
Opportunity to work on different projects.
Prestigious name.
Diversity in management.
Cons: Potential to be stuck 'on the bench' doing nothing but training.
Who you know, not what you know.
Base pay isn't great. Plus, overtime is a scam (50% pay, no thanks).
Too much extra-curricular expectation. Don't expect to be promoted unless you're doing 'side of desk' activities, which need to be done out of hours to get your face out there, especially at more junior levels.
Bombarded with training boards. Expected to upskill yourself for 20+ hours a month.
