Pros: If the project contract is over, you are vigorously taken into consideration for other projects.
Cons: If you are a fresher, despite your interest, they randomly put you into support projects, which is of no worth for people who are really into development.

ACN only promotes dumb persons

Pros: All Fortune 100 clients.
Good for new grads to gain experience.
Very good to polish your resume.
Good work-life balance.
Work from home policy.
Easily take time off.
Cons: Laddering is extremely ineffective.
I can 101% guarantee you only ineffective employees get promoted through their laddering.
Career Counselors are all liars.
Higher management only chitchats in their laddering meetings.
How are CCs supposed to represent you while they do not work with you closely?
It happened not just to me. Whoever worked hard and contributed the most in the project did not get promoted. Whoever collected their paychecks got promoted.
Extremely low pay. I got a new job with almost the same position which almost doubled my pay at ACN.
