Pros: Well, most of the pros and cons depend upon your project and supervisor.
But there is not a helpful environment for training.
And even if you got trained, it will depend upon your supervisor to help sort the project out.
1. Good for managers and consultants.
Cons: 1. No work-life balance anymore. Special thanks to Infosys's senior management.
2. No onsite opportunities. Even if they have openings in other locations.
