They selected me after the online assessment, and I cleared the technical round. Only the last round was left. Again, they stated that I needed to give the assessment because they had not recorded it, and there was a technical glitch, after two weeks.

Just wasting the candidate's time, giving hope, and then rejecting the candidate with an annoying reason. And one main thing is, they don't even inform us prior if any assessment needs to be given or if there is any technical glitch.

I faced this issue, and I was waiting for the interviewer. I even tried calling, but there was no response. After 2 days, I got an email stating there was some issue with the link. So, this is basically the behavior of the employees, HR, and interviewers there. Very disappointed.

Even the HR of the company doesn't know how the interview process is. When asked, he gave the help desk number and stated, "You can ask the interview process there."
