Pros: Long bench time is good to change to work and a better life balance if you have a good project manager.
Cons: Some managers don't respect you. Even some of them talk like you are a slave. There's no recognition for your good work; they just need corporate laborers. Only those people get paid more who are loved by their managers. There is no value for your hard work.
