Process
It was an introductory interview. It lasted 10 to 15 minutes.
First, the HR person talked about the company. Then about the job profile. After that came my self-introduction. Later, I was asked 2 to 3 typical behavioral questions. At the end, I was asked about my salary expectations.
Two weeks later I got a call. They said they were looking for someone with more niche experience in their XYZ technology. But that wasn't in the candidate requirements. That was very disappointing.
