Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) Interview Experience - Bengaluru, Karnataka
Process
The interview process was smooth. There were two rounds:
- Technical round
- HR round
Questions were pretty standard with an average difficulty level. Mostly, the questions were situation and scenario-based. They tried to ask questions from the experience. Selenium questions were asked in a twisted fashion, although there were a few straightforward questions.
They asked me to write two algorithms from DSA. One of them was changing alternate strings to numbers in a given array of strings. I solved one of the two.
The interview went for around 45 minutes.
The HR round was mostly related to location and salary negotiations. They don't negotiate much with salary, and the discussion ended within 10 minutes.
I received an offer within the next 3 days of the HR round.
