The process is quick.
Initial contact with HR via phone, explaining how the process will be, salary, and benefits. If everything goes well, an interview will be scheduled with the project manager, who could be your future leader.
Questions
During the interview, technical questions were asked, as well as some logic tests through the website. In my case, a letter of recommendation from a professor was requested, but it was fine.
