Pros: Good place to learn.
Good career growth.
Good compensation when you join as a lateral, not as a fresher.
Mangers are relatively good compared to other organizations, at least compared to Cognizant.
Cognizant's middle-level management is very poor compared to this organization. To me, it's not even worth comparing.
