I just joined this company. It's a great place to work compared to Cognizant
Good place to learn. Good career growth. Good compensation when you join as a lateral, not as a fresher.
Mangers are relatively good compared to other organizations, at least compared to Cognizant.
Cognizant's middle-level management is very poor compared to this organization. To me, it's not even worth comparing.
Provides lots of training which helps career growth.
Too strict policies. Timing not too flexible. Location transfer often.
So far, good job.
