A company for bad programmers
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Gurgaon, Haryana, India
September 22, 2012
Pros: 1. You won't lose your job until you violate any policy.
2. Flexible work timings. What I mean is that you can leave the office at any time and nobody will notice you.
3. Bad programming won't affect your life and salary hikes/promotions.
Cons: 1. If you are dissatisfied with the work and want to change projects, HR will not help you.
2. A three-month notice period will ensure that you have to stay in this company. I got rejected by 12 companies because of this notice period.
3. If your Supervisor/Manager promises you something, please don't take it seriously (promotion/hikes, etc.).
4. You have to indulge in politics/buttering if you want a project.

Pros: No Pros for Accenture Organisation.
Cons: Poor management always supports the people who apply butter on them, not talented employees. Talented employees are not meant for this bogus company. Poor salary, no increment. You just get the brand name, and your life will be hell.
