The interview consisted of 3 rounds. The first was an aptitude test, the second was programming questions, and lastly, we had an HR interview along with a technical interview. The interview was quite smooth, and the experience was good as well.

Pros: Diversity among teams. It offers you the opportunity to meet clients from diverse industries. The professional training and courses offered to employees. One thing you would find in most projects is people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. They also give their travelling consultants an American Express card. I loved the community activities - helping out United Way, the city council, and the homeless.
Cons: They put you into software testing. Regardless of your academic or professional background, you are most likely to start as a software tester writing use cases and test scripts.
Travelling can also be tedious. The consulting group is given preferential treatment over the technology group.
