The interview went really well.
There were two panelists who asked various behavioral questions. To my surprise, technical questions were not asked at all.
They were more interested in how I would handle situations and problems, and if I could lead a team.

Pros: If you want extensive training or quality training, this is the right company, especially for starters or fresh graduates (and those who love programming or want to be a programmer).
Cons: The cons are: there are so many employees, which makes it very hard, or gives an employee a very little chance for promotions, raises, or salary increases.
