Pros: Lots of projects to work on. People are young and ambitious, and the company puts on a quarterly shindig for you to attend and network at.
Cons: Poor salary compared with the market. Cutthroat workforce, willing to do anything (even hang colleagues out to dry) to get a promotion. Poor understanding by management of the differences in workforce silos.
