1st round - aptitude 2nd round - coding 3rd and 4th - HR
As I was from a mechanical background, they only asked about basic HR questions and projects done in your academy.

Easy to switch career paths as wanted.
Great opportunities.
Great work culture.
No biased system.
Cons: Promotion and rating systems.
Comparison while rating with resources from other domains and other teams is NOT fair (e.g., .NET with Java and testing). But once promoted, compensation is better than other consulting companies.
