Pros: Environment, managers, place, and work are good.

Cons: Salary is the only con here.

Pros: Accenture is good in terms of service-based companies. Overall, work-life balance is good.

Cons: The hike is less if we stay here for more than 2 years.

Pros: 1. They offer a good package upon joining, with a joining bonus possible. I joined as an immediate hire and was eligible for the joining bonus. 2. Accenture has a good brand name. 3. They provide bus and cab services since they are located out of the city in Perungalathur.

Cons: 1. 10 hours working is really bad. 2. Work pressure is high. If a project needs 4 people, they'll allocate only 2 and ask you to finish the work. 3. Stupid bench process. If you are on the bench, you need to do activities like calling other employees who are on the bench and ask if they are willing for this project; they make you do PMO work. Or you need to do trainings. Only then will you get a WBSE to charge code in your timesheet. Without a WBSE, you cannot enter your timesheet. It is their high, stupid process. 4. Relocation pressure. If you don't get a project in 30 days, they'll ask you to relocate to Pune or Bangalore, or ask you to resign. 5. Very bad policies and HR.
